We used baobab for the salad topping as it’s high in vitamin C, antioxidants, and fibre, which boosts your immune system and aids digestion. Its anti-inflammatory properties are also great for muscle recovery. 

Chickpeas are a great source of vitamins, minerals and fibre. They are a high protein food source (around 20g of protein in a 100g serving) which make an excellent substitute for meat in your recipes.

  • 1 apple peeled and cut
  • 1 big carrot peeled and cut
  • 1 medium cucumber peeled and cut
  • 10 g peanuts
  • 15 g walnuts
  • 75 g chickpeas soak previous night and pressure cook or use canned chickpeas straight away


  • 3 scoops LVL baobab powder
  • salt to taste
  • pepper just to sprinkle
  • 20 g flaxseeds


  • Mix all the ingredients for the salad.
  • Sprinkle it with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Top up with the flaxseeds and baobab powder.
