We added some great ingredients to this chia pudding recipe, check out their benefits below.

Chia seeds are a great source of energy. They provide energy which is easily absorbed by the body. In addition, they pack antioxidants, fibre, protein, calcium, omega-3 fatty acids, and carbohydrates. These tiny, yet mighty seeds provide us with everything we need for the day.

Baobab is high in vitamin C, which is essential for increasing energy. They also possess high levels of antioxidants and fibre, which boost your immune system and aid digestion. Its anti-inflammatory properties are also great for muscle recovery. So, this is the superfood for you if you are heading out for a workout in the morning or you worked out the previous night!

Berries are loaded with antioxidants and help to reduce inflammation to get you ready for your long day. They also have fibre to keep you fuller longer. And of course, they are delicious!
