Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup unsalted butter 113g
  • ½ cup light brown sugar 100g
  • ¼ cup white sugar 50g
  • 1 flax egg (2 tablespoons ground flax seeds + 1 tablespoon water, mixed and rested for 5 minutes)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 5/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp LVL cacao powder 30g
  • ½ sachet LVL Plant Protein+ 20g
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp milk dairy milk/ almond milk
  • ½ cup chocolate chips 85g

  • Chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Beat the butter with brown sugar and white sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  • Add in the flax egg and vanilla extract. Blend well.
  • Slowly incorporate the flour, cacao powder, Plant Protein+, baking powder and continue to mix well.
  • Add in the milk and mix until incorporated.
  • Roll into the shape of a cylinder using a baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 degree Celcius and line the baking tray with baking paper.
  • Cut the cylinder latitudinally into 10-12 3-D circles.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes at 180 degree celsius.
  • Remove from the oven and let them cool for 15 minutes.
  • Sprinkle some cacao powder and chocolate chips.
  • Your eggless, delicious, double choco chip cookies are ready to devour!
