Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups rolled oats (1 cup = 90g)
  • 1 cup brown sugar (1 cup = 200g)
  • 2/3 cup whole wheat flour (1 cup = 120g)
  • 2 tbsps LVL Chia Seeds (2 tbsp = 25g)
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon (1 tsp = 2.5g)
  • 1 tsp baking soda (1 tsp = 4g)
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder (1 tsp = 4g)
  • 1/2 tsp salt (1 tsp = 5 g)
  • 2/3 cup mashed banana (1 cup = 225g)
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil (1 tbsp = 14 g)
  • 1 cup dried fruit
  • 1/2 cup LVL Cacao Nibs (1 cup = 120g)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 175ºC. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Mix in wet ingredients.
  • Spoon dough onto a lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes.
  • Let it cool for 5-10 minutes before serving!
