  • 4 scoops LVL chia seeds
  • 1 cup water (1 cup = 240 ml)
  • 1 cucumber skinned
  • 5 fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger minced
  • 1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup for sweetening
  • 5-8 drops rose water

Toppings

  • LVL chia seeds
  • Cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  • Add the toppings and the beverage is ready to serve!
