The first ingredient that’s going to boost your immunity is cacao. There’s a valid reason why cacao is called “food for the gods”! Cacao retains all the good stuff, unlike the chocolate you get on the market shelves. It’s loaded with antioxidants which help to boost your immune system and fight oxidative damage.

Next up are the tiny, yet mighty chia seeds. They are rich in antioxidants and omega-3 fatty acids which are beneficial for enhancing the immune system. They also reduce inflammation and regulate inflammatory response in the body.

Last but not least – colourful fruits! Oranges, strawberries and green grapes have high antioxidant content and a variety of nutrients to protect our body.

  • 3 tsp LVL cacao powder
  • 80 ml oat milk ⅓ cup
  • 2 mini mandarin oranges cut and frozen
  • 30 g green seedless grapes frozen
  • 1 large banana frozen
  • 50 g strawberries frozen
  • 6 seedless dates
  • 25 g chia seeds soaked in 1:3 ratio with water 20 minutes before making smoothie
  • 20 g flaxseeds


  • Blend all ingredients in a blender until desired consistency!


NOTE: Top up with some chocolate flavoured wafers to add some crunchiness – especially the kids will love it (It’s okay to indulge once in a while!)
