  • 1 cup pitted medjool dates (1 cup = 175 g)
  • 1/2 cup almond or peanut butter (1 cup = 240 g)
  • 3 tablespoons LVL cacao powder
  • 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon LVL ashwaganda powder
  • 1 tablespoon LVL maca powder


  • Blend dates in a food processor until they become a sticky paste.
  • Add in oil and almond/peanut butter and pulse until combined.
  • Add in remaining ingredients and pulse until fully incorporated.
  • Line and square baking tin with parchment paper and press the paste in, leveling the surface.
  • Freeze for at least 2 hours.
  • Slice into squares and enjoy!
