In Hindi, “haldi” means turmeric. Everyone loves a good hummus dip. In this recipe, we added the superfood turmeric to give it more taste and nutrition.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 scoop LVL turmeric powder
  • 1 cup chickpeas (1 cup = 200g)
  • 1/3 cup tahini (1 cup = 260g)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 5 tablespoons water
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 lemon squeezed
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 carrot chopped

Instructions
 

  • Blend all the ingredients in the blender until favoured consistency!
