  • 1 1/3 cup oat flour (1 cup = 100g)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon LVL maca powder
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup (1 cup = 320g)
  • 1/2 cup tahini (1 cup = 260g)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


  • Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Mix wet ingredients in a medium bowl.
  • Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix well to form moist yet rollable dough.
  • Roll dough into 1 tablespoon sized balls, pressing down to form a cookie shape.
  • Bake for 10 minutes.
  • Let cool completely after. Ready to serve!


These cookies can be stored at room temperature for up to 3 days.
