Remember to stir constantly to avoid spillage.Slowly add the matcha mixture into the milk mixture.Add the tapioca flour and continue whisking for around 20 minutes on low-medium heat until the volume reduces by half.Remove from heat and allow to cool for 10 minutes.Pour into a jar and refrigerate.
