  • 1 tablespoon LVL maca powder
  • 2 tablespoons LVL chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats (1 cup = 90 g)
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (1 cup = 240 g)
  • 1/2 cup water (1 cup = 240 g)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon honey


  • Banana


  • Mix 1 tablespoon of LVL maca powder, 2 tablespoons of LVL chia seeds, ½ cup of rolled oats, ½ cup of almond milk, ½ cup of water, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and 1 teaspoon of honey.
  • Refrigerate mixture overnight.
  • Top it up with sliced bananas in the morning and serve.
