  • 1 cup peeled and sliced cool peaches (1 cup = 225g)
  • 1/2 cup chopped cool mangoes (1 cup = 165g)
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tablespoon honey (avoid if you’re vegan)
  • 2 cups ice (1 cup = 8 ice cubes)


  • Blend all ingredients in a blender!
