  • 1 teaspoon LVL ashwagandha powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon LVL cacao powder
  • 2 teaspoons crushed raw macadamia nuts
  • 1 teaspoon raw manuka honey
  • 1 1/4 cup water (1 cup = 240ml)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 pinches nutmeg powder


  • Add all ingredients in a pot.
  • Heat mixture gently in a pot until it's well-mixed and warm.
  • Serve in a mug and top with cinnamon.
