  • 1 scoop LVL turmeric powder
  • 1 cup water (1 cup = 240 ml)
  • 1/2 cup milk or yoghurt of choice You could add nut milk if you're vegan!
  • dash of ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin


  • Blend all the ingredients in the blender and voila, your healthy lassi is ready!
