If you’re a fan of oranges and cookies, check out this vegan orange cookie recipe that’s easy to make, and great for snack time.

  • Orange zest from 3 mini mandarin oranges/ 1 medium-sized oranges
  • ½ sachet of LVL Natural Immunity+
  • 1 ¼ cup all-purpose flour (1 cup = 120g)
  • ¼ cup powdered light brown sugar (1 cup = 200g)
  • ½ cup vegan butter (1 cup = 240g)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (1 tsp = 5g)
  • 1 tsp salt (1 tsp = 5g)
  • 3 tbsps aquafaba* about 45 ml; 3 tbsps aquafaba replaces 1 egg


  • In a large bowl, whisk together the butter and sugar until creamy and fluffy.
  • To this bowl, add aquafaba, vanilla extract, Natural Immunity+ and salt.
  • Beat mixture for 3-5 minutes.
  • Add in the flour while mixing until the dough is firm. Ensure that it does not stick to your hands but also does not become too hard.
  • Roll this dough in between two baking sheets and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 degree celsius.
  • Then cut out the dough in the shape you like and place it on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 13 – 15 minutes until you see golden brown edges.
  • Transfer cookies to a cooling rack and allow to cool completely.
  • Bite in!
