Ingredients
  

  • 1 scoop LVL maca powder
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries (1 cup = 100g)
  • 1/2 frozen banana (1 cup = 225g)
  • 1/2 cup plain yoghurt (1 cup = 245g)
  • 1 cup ice (1 cup = 8 ice cubes)
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Toppings:

  • LVL cacao nibs
  • LVL chia seeds
  • Cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients in a blender.
  • Add the toppings and your smoothie is ready to serve!
