Energy boosting Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 2 teaspoons LVL chia seeds (2 tsp = 25g)
  • 2 scoops LVL ashwagandha powder
  • 3/4 cup blueberries (1 cup = 190g), (frozen)
  • 2 small oranges (peeled and frozen)
  • 6 seedless dates
  • 1/6 cup rolled oats (1 cup = 150 g)
  • 2 bananas (peeled, cut and frozen)
  • 1/5 cup almond milk (1 cup = 240 ml) or to your preferred consistency

Toppings (optional)

  • LVL chia seeds
  • Cut fruits of choice (bananas/strawberries/blueberries)
  • Nuts (chopped almonds or walnuts)

Instructions
 

  • Blend all the smoothie ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  • Add in your favourite toppings if required.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
